Steve Waiculonis is a seasoned financial executive with deep experience across private equity, multi-family offices, and alternative investment operations. He spent over 12 years at Bow Street LLC, a $600MM hybrid PE firm investing across the US and Europe. There, he built and led the firm’s operations, finance, compliance, and reporting functions – supporting complex deals and founder-led businesses.

Prior to Bow Street, Steve worked at Golden Arc Capital, a $1Bn AUM multi-family office, and at Citi Hedge Fund Services, where he supported boutique managers through the Financial Crisis. Steve brings a hands-on approach and a strong belief in mentorship, combining technical expertise with real-world insight to help leadership teams grow smarter, stronger businesses
